Nate and Alicias Yacht Club Wedding

Weddings

I LOVE Durham, CT. I love all of my people from Durham. Durham was quite an amazing place where in the 1990’s families just stayed there. Everyone knew everyone in one way or another. It makes shooting any wedding from anyone from Durham special. Nate and Alicia definitely did not disappoint! From start to finish, their day was unique, beautiful, and thoroughly planned. They planned an Autumn Rustic Country wedding on the River, and they nailed it on the head.  I could say much more, but really, I think only pictures can accurately reflect how amazing this day was.

A huge thank you to all the vendors who helped make this day possible! Especially including the very talented Alicia McNeese (Bride) and Cheryl Lonergan (Mother of the Bride) who created so many perfect and amazing details! Huge thank you to Nate and Alicia for having me, I could not have been more honored to be your photographer. And last but not least on my special thank you list Justin Lonergan (DJ) who kept the floor live and helped give us time in the busy day to get the shots we needed!

Jose and Ianina – A Wedding in Peru
Jose and Ianina are such a fun couple. Ianina is my mother in-laws boss, so anything other than perfect was not an option (well it never is, but this time even moreso!). Now I have hundreds of edited photos, seriously, narrowing it down to these was the hardest of any wedding so far. I have so many favorites! I might even post more, definitely going to make a separate post with their civil union and engagement shoot! We got 30 minutes in a park in Barranco, Peru to do their formals. The reception was about 1 hour away from the church, so squeezing a shoot in on the way meant limited time and limited options. Barranco is a beautiful area, but ...

Mike and Melissa Sottile at The Waterview
Mike and Melissa reached out to me to do their engagement shoot and wedding last year. We caught the very last autumn leaves left on the trees on an early morning. It was a fun shoot then, and it was awesome meeting these two, and becoming a part of their lives for forever. This wedding went straight to my heart. Watching Mike choke up during his vows, and Melissa's joy and laughter throughout the ceremony. Sometimes you just know when you are a part of something special. And this was one of those special ones... I want to say thank you Mike for his service. I remember during his best man's speech, everyone hooted and hollered for Mike feeli ...
