I met Mike and Lily in a coffee shop in Old Saybrook. They found me through some photos they had seen of a couple from the same venue they were getting married at. I knew as soon as we sat

As I am sure many of you have guessed, 2015 has been so busy, I have yet to even update my website. With the snow delaying EVERYTHING (except newborns) every session kept pushing and pushing until things cleared up. So

I had a wonderful time shooting Andrew and Kelly. We did their engagement shoot alongside a family shoot. It was early fall and it was gorgeous! I was so happy to have been able to shoot them, and cannot wait to shoot their wedding next year.   DSC_9385 DSC_9396 DSC_9418 DSC_9448

Jody and Jamie reached out to me earlier this summer. We had met through a common hobby, off roading. This little fact made shooting their wedding even more fun. As I was taking pictures, a diesel truck whistled by, and I watched Jodys eyes look away from the camera and follow the truck down the street. Of course I had to laugh... and call him out on it! We spent some time in a beautiful park nearby their lovely country club wedding.  We even did something a little different and ended up do a "step and repeat" style set up at the end of the night to capture some great shots of the guests as they were heading home. It really could not have been a more enjoyable day! It was so much fun shooting you too! Nothing but laughs all day long, and thats how you know you are shooting a perfect match.   DSC_1163DSC_1642-3DSC_1189 DSC_1208 DSC_1212 DSC_1236-2 DSC_1259-2 DSC_1273-2

Mike and Melissa had found me through a previous client who recommended me. They had reached out for their wedding for the summer of 2014. It was getting to be late fall, but with every wedding package, an engagement shoot is required! I do this because it helps me not only get to know a couple and what they like, but it helps me know what images are going to appeal to you the most. So with the last of the trees losing their leaves, we headed to Devil's Hopyard State Park. It was a stunning location that I had wanted to shoot at for quite some time. What was even more stunning, was how awesome Mike and Melissa are! I know I say great things about everybody on the site, but there is a reason I post these couples and families on the site.  Every shoot I do, I end up with a unique and amazing bond with someone. And these two found their way right into my heart. They were nothing but fun to shoot. I look forward to a really great wedding season in 2014, and I am so happy that Mike and Melissa get to be a part of that! DSC_2444 DSC_2460-2
