Greg and Kelly helped seal up what is going to be a very busy October 2015. These two are naturals! Seriously, I didn't even have to tell them what to do, they just nailed it everytime! I know their wedding is going to make for an amazing one! I just wish I could fast forward to October because it is full of amazing couples like this one!
I made a long trip down to Mystic, Connecticut for the engagement shoot of Luke and Kara. It was well worth the trip, not only for these beautiful photos, but for the laughs! My goodness these two perfect for each other! Sometimes, watching a couple, you just know. And the fact that there are plenty of photos with Luke having a goofy face and Kara laughing, only goes to prove it. I mean, I even have a photo of Luke flexing some muscles shortly after I asked him for a slightly more masculine stance. Seriously, I cannot wait for your wedding! We are going to have a blast!
Jim and Jeanette reached out to me after they saw some photos of a co-worker, that I had taken for their wedding. I could not be happier to be able to shoot these two next year at their wedding! These two were naturals, always smiling! I wish I could fast forward to their wedding day cause I know it is going to be a great one!

Jody and Jamie reached out to me earlier this summer. We had met through a common hobby, off roading. This little fact made shooting their wedding even more fun. As I was taking pictures, a diesel truck whistled by, and I watched Jodys eyes look away from the camera and follow the truck down the street. Of course I had to laugh... and call him out on it! We spent some time in a beautiful park nearby their lovely country club wedding. We even did something a little different and ended up do a "step and repeat" style set up at the end of the night to capture some great shots of the guests as they were heading home. It really could not have been a more enjoyable day! It was so much fun shooting you too! Nothing but laughs all day long, and thats how you know you are shooting a perfect match.
Mike and Melissa reached out to me to do their engagement shoot and wedding last year. We caught the very last autumn leaves left on the trees on an early morning. It was a fun shoot then, and it was awesome meeting these two, and becoming a part of their lives for forever. This wedding went straight to my heart. Watching Mike choke up during his vows, and Melissa's joy and laughter throughout the ceremony. Sometimes you just know when you are a part of something special. And this was one of those special ones...
I want to say thank you Mike for his service. I remember during his best man's speech, everyone hooted and hollered for Mike feeling blessed to have him safely home and a part of their lives. It was such a touching moment. Thank you Mike for all you gave, and all you have done for our country!
Jon and Sarah, you guys are amazing! I loved shooting your engagement, and I loved shooting your wedding. I hope you guys renew your vows soon so I can shoot that too! When I met Steve and Karen last fall for their engagement shoot, I knew we were gonna have a blast. Seriously, we couldn't stop laughing the whole shoot. Their wedding, was no different. I felt right at home, (I even made it onto Moms fridge!). There's nothing more important to me, than being a part of someones wedding, as opposed to being a worker at a wedding. I think we definitely accomplished that this time. With a beautiful day, and a gorgeous location, I think the day could not have been any more perfect. Now as I began to upload these photos, I relived it all again. Took a lot of tough decision making to choose which ones to share because there are so many gems. I mean at some point, there would be so many images you would have to devote a day to just looking at them! I hope you love these photos as much as I love this couple, and their families! Congratulations Steve and Karen! I am so happy to forever be a part of your family!

Edwin and Lina found me in the knick of time. I was preparing to leave my winter stay in Peru, when the reached out for their wedding date. Unfortunately, I was scheduled to leave their big day, but I was definitely fortunate enough to shoot their Civil Wedding and Engagement shoot. A 1 1/2 hour taxi ride to the outskirts of Lima, Peru to shoot their civil ceremony, and then the same taxi ride back to the little section of Lima called Barranco. There is always a language barrier when I shoot weddings in Peru, but as always, me mimicking the poses gets results. I hope you enjoy looking, as much as I did shooting.
I know I have said that I don't like to shoot at beaches, but seriously, this summer changed my mind about that. Jon and Sarah are so awesome. I really thought I was shooting models. They did most of the work for me. Just a few adjustments and some ideas on poses and their faces did the rest. Loved shooting these two. I couldn't decide which images to share because I loved them all so much. After much deliberation, I found a few of my favorites, and had to resist posting a few other favorites! Hope you love these!

Kyle and Cara have been long time friends of mine (well Kyle since we were practically born), so when they approached me to do an engagement shoot in Rhode Island on the beach, I could not have been more excited. I love these guys, they are perfect for each other. Beach is usually not the route I take, I am more of a woods guy, especially when it comes to photography. I could not have been more pleased with their shoot though. Seriously, I started having the desire to shoot on the beach after them. Of course I am located closer to the woods, so thats where I still shoot most, and prefer to shoot, but the beach is no longer dreaded after these two. For the 2nd post, I really didn't want to overload you with the 100 photos that I loved from their session, so I tried, very hard, to narrow it down to some of my favorites. Hope you love these photos as much as I love them!
